i think you will still be able to play on servers that don't use it. You have to select the mod in the mod section in you sof2 menu in order to play it ...so if you don't you will play the "normal" sof2... i haven't played any mod yet so don't flame me if i'm wrong :s32:

ManDown comes with a built in mod filter, so you can select to show ALL servers, only ManDown servers, only SoF2 servers or any other mod you have installed. Alternate game browsers (ie. all seeing eye) should work fine, as sv_keywords is set in-code to contain the words 'mandown' (if it doesn't already). ManDown goes in its own directory and as such, does not affect your regular SoF2 install at all.

Yeah, that's been reported to me before. Not sure what causes it though... Open up sof2mp.cfg, using notepad or something, and manually set "cg_hudFiles" to "ui/hud_basic.txt". Pretty sure that fixes it.
