Does anybody knows when you run a server with SOF 2 (not with SOF 2 runner or so...) as non-dedicated, when you play with, how to say something as a server (with white lines and server as name)???

type (without quotes) "rcon say MESSAGE"

i dont think its possible,

mainly because since u need the ip to connect u laredy know who the admin is, and he does not need a special title to be noticed

If you have rcon to the server  to speak as the server is simple
rcon (type what you want to say) Now this will come up as white text for everyone to read and it would of coarse say
server- (what ever you typed)
Make sure that you have your rcon password protected, the best way is through The All Seeing Eye,enter the game though ASE and it will notice you rcon password so you don't have to type it out when on the server.
So people have had trouble lossing control of there server if they miss type a command,just my suggestion.

if you have rcon its
/rcon say yadaydaydaydadaydaydyadya

it might work without the say... never tried it
but with "say" I know it works  ...

It's, Rcon say (Message) and it will display in the name Server.

io ahve never type the word say but soemtimes it does do commands haha
