After i compile my map it says: Build Complete! Warning a new BSP have not been created." What the heck ... i need the bsp!!! is there a certain type of BSP i have to set it to before i compile the map?

If no bsp was created, then there was an error when it tried to compile the map.

What program are you using to compile the map?
Did you check that you have a player spawn point in the map?

I see this too when something is wrong, leaks, no spawn like Foyle said, etc. Look for a .lin file in your maps dir, if there is one there using the name of your map, you have a leak.

If so, you can use the pointfile command in radiant to find it. You can find that in your file menu I bleev.

Yes i have a spawn and an intermission .... i am using CoD Builder to compile my map ... and i used pointfile and there is no red line so im assuming there is no leak. After i compile in my c:\program files\Call Of Duty\Main\Maps there is a .map, .prt, .poly, .bak, VIS.don, BSP.don, and FLR.don

Ok well try to narrow it down to what section of the compile is halting, use the advanced tabs, vis,bsp, etc. options tabs in builder and have the compiler stop after each, then read the output in the dos window.

Also make sure you have no brushes, entities, or anything else outside of the hull.

are u talking about the options on the left under Build Options? If you were I went ahead and did BSP, VIS, and FLARE seperatly and i got the same message everytime: Building Complete! Warning a new BSP have not been created.
