There will be NO new guns in the next patch. Apoxol said it very clearly.

Well, since SOFII gold comes out in a couple short weeks its not surprising that were not getting new guns in it. We just had a patch that gave us the sig and the deagle. Perhaps the first patch after gold will contain a new weapon or two. The next patch will probably be out in 2 weeks or so, since i believe the gold version ships around the 20th of this month. It would make sense that we would get it first, because it would be nice for people that BUY SOFII Gold to be able to see some SERVERS when they install it. Would suck for them to have a version more current then everyone else, since they would likely all enjoy playing online with the servers that are already established. That G36 looks pretty nice btw.

I like the G36K or carbine, reminds me of Resident Evil, he he hilarious film, but they had nade launchers.

yeah I know, that would be cool to havea gun in SOF2 mp that has a drum mag.

Nowadays we have the SIG, basically an automatic rifle with scope just like the G36, so there is no point in including it. It's a nice gun anyway, in Urban Terror it rocks. Personally I'm more worried about the balance of the secondary weapons, the Uzi and the M3 are still not too much competition against the shottie.
