its the fact that people can jump just as high moving forward as they can while standing still.  Really how realistic is that?  I propose that in an upcoming patch that somehow it is set so that when moving, you can jump maybe half as high as when you would be standing still.  I bet anything it slows these guys down who like to bounce all around like theyre on a pogo stick with a shotgun.  Reallys drains from the gameplay.  If they want that #### they should go over to UT2k3 or Quake... I know I do from time to time.

Hey look a new little emo thingy  :s32:  :s32:  :s32:

You don't know anything about Bunny Hopping do you? Bunny Hopping is when you gain speed from a series of jumps. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with jumping as high as you can jump while standing still, heck, you can probably jump even higher when you run (ever heard to long jump or high jump?). Honestly, you shouldn't be complaining about "bunny hopping" when you lack the skills to take someone out while they jump (and suffer a loss of accuracy).

let me clarify... you mentioned the long jump... thats distance... not height.  as for the high jump... you notice they dont land back on their feet.  Also should a player who runs straight and gets max height get the same height as someone who goes forwards jumping to the left and right get that same max height each time? no. thank you.. next in line please?

Alright.  While running you can jump and get a high first jump.  Now if you continue to jump will your 2nd, 3rd etc. be as high as your first jump?

Go give it a try in your backyard or something.

the game does compensate for this "slightly" either on the 2nd or 3rd u take a slightly longer pause as u land.

if that aint enoguth for u try wolfenstine :p
or somone runs a server with an insaily high gravity

yes the shottie jumping people are annoying but the problem is the gun not the jumping (either the jumping acuracy should be decreaded, spread widend, or range reduced) that would solve the problem.

everyone loves this little elmo thing :s10:  :s32:

Heh, I'm one of those bunny hoppers.... I do it because when jumping it's easier to hit their head and most people will hit my legs if they even get the chance to hit anything...

Proud 2 B a BUNNYHOPPER 4-EVER!!! :D

The examples that I used probably weren't the best ones but with the momentum that you gain from running, you'll probably jump higher than from two feet on the floor...

I love jumping around corners from unexpected angles (ie over things), that’s what makes me jump and pump.

Jump and pump all the way.

I’m trying to work the Silver Talon into my routine around a ‘generic’ corner, or particular ones, but for now, it’s jump and pump!

Bunny hopping doesn’t really existing, it’s just people taking corners well prepared and from a good angle.

Well if i understand correctly, jumping while firing with a bullet weapon (AK< M4 < Talon ) the accuracy is supposed to be greatly reduced in the latest patch. However it does not effect the shotgun(s).

So, either learn to adjust your shot, or end up lying on the ground!
