Earlier today I had this happen to me but the dolt didn't even notice. So, naturally I stood there for a second to think of what to do next. I chucked a couple knives at him in rapid succession and BAM problem solved. Seems, projectiles don't have the same effect as short range melee weapons in this instance.

Had the same happen to me, but I was the one leaning. I was crouched looking around a corner in Raven and heard something. When I looked up a guy was trying to blungeon me. Unlucky for him though. He was shocked that it did'nt work I guess because when I looked at him he just stood there. So I shot with the AK. Sucks for him that round. I've seen it elsewhere too, that was just the funniest one...
