Not to Raven.  Try Activision.

Good luck.

I seriously doubt Activision will just GIVE you a new one.
Nor should they be obligated to.
I know if I scratch my truck, my dealer isn't going to give me a new one.    :s20:

I would suggest talking to them before sending anything.

Take the whole package back where you bought it and have them exchange it for another copy of the same product.
Most places will do that with no questions asked.

Another suggestion, check out those odd wheel shaped disc cleaners.  My old CD-Rom wore a divot into my D2 playdisc to the point that it wouldn't work anymore.  I used a friend's CD cleaner, and it worked wonderfully again.

I'm trying to find the name now - if I do I'll edit and let you know.

I've found that if a game or music CD isnt working I just make a burn of it (hey its legal to make backups) and the burner one works perfectly.

Yes the cd-cleaner is a good idea, usually when a scratch is on the cd it's at the bottom, when something polishes that again then the computer can probably read it again.... the data is on the same side of the cd as the label.
