I have problems to start SOF2 under Windows XP with my 2d Blaster Savage4 Card!

You need to buy a graphics card. What you have is not a 3D graphics card, heck, even back when it was released it was a severely impotent graphics card. There's nothing you can really do about it, if you get it to run at all with different drivers it'll still be crap.

S3 stopped supporting that card a while ago - there are no suitable drivers available.

I did get it to work with some drivers dug up from the depths of the net, but it looked so poor it was unbelievable. That was the high memory faster plus pro version too.

there are still drivers being released for s3cards,

i have one in my lappy, can just make 30fps with sof2
