Guys, it always worked, normally, it's just this pc is very old, and i don't have the money to just "buy a new one", en yes, all my clanmates have those 2,4 ghz geforce 4 ti4600 comps with 512 mb of ram, but they are not as good as me

Here are some tweaks (from sticky in General) for tuning your OS. I'm running W2K and was able to squeak a few more MB out by disabling services that I didn't need. I also make sure I have the bare minimum running in the taskbar when I play. I'm not sure if your pagefile comes into play, but I have mine manually to max out around 700MB. And that's with a 2.2GHZ P4 and 256MB RAM. Hopefully making a few tweaks will get you that chunk of memory you need to run the game. Shifty, u should expand your RAM and use Kingston mem. modules for it. They are completely Compaq certified and cost much much less.
