Version mismatch sof2mp-1.01/sof2mp-1.02" or similar this probably means the server hasn't patched to 1.02. You can't play on a 1.01 server if you are patched.

rename that to update101.pk3 and you should be fine.

I'm having #1 and #2 issues described in the 1st post. Where exactly do you enable PB for client? I saw where you enable it for a server. (edit, on the server browser, PB enabled is set to YES) Also, starting a map I don't see any new weapons, and the M60 is gone too. Any advice? Thanks

Perfect, thanks. I ran the wiser thing, said I was ok for v1.02. Renamed the file from UPDATE~1.PK3 to update101.pk3 and I'm golden. Next time I promise to read, comprehend, post. It's kind of hard when you're all jazzed about new shtuff. Thanks again.

Hah, spoke too soon. Now I lock up when I start a listen server. At least I can play online... When I start a listen server, it loads the map, I select a team, and it locks on the weapon screen. Lemme know if anyone else has seen this or things I should try. I love the new weapons, maps, and the misc fixes/tweaks...and gotta love the PB!
