a drawback would be i'd have to post all my screenies, news, etc. on two different forums (EF Mod and this board).  I'm not sure if I really want to do that...  :s2:

One thing that I *Know* would help, would be allowing previews of work and providing alpha and beta builds of mods that are in development.

It would be extremely beneficial to the community. Positive and constructive feedback would surely follow, providing the input that a mod developer needs during the development cycle. Also, how many times have you played a mod and wondered "how DID they do that?!?".. well, what better place to ask then here!

I know that many of us are leary of showing off work in development, and especially when it comes to posting alpha/beta copies of mods. However, those of us here are fairly responsible people, and if the mod developer asked not to publish the work outside the forum, most of us would understand why.

The biggest, and most important thing is YOU!

You guys..  you all are what makes this community what it is.  This community is not going to become special when only a few people are active and posting.  This should have been made clear when the forums were first started back in August.  Everyone needs to get involved somehow and take an active role.

The moment we begin to neglect the community, and participation begins to die..  then so does the community.
