I would assume that this is a script but I am not sure how it would be set up. It should be simple yet I seem unable to find the right wording for the script.

I don't know if this is the right way (probably possible by scripting, but haven't really gotten to that yet) , but u could put the apprpriate guns/ammo just a little on the spot where u spawn. This way u pick it up immeadeately, and it will loook like if you spawned with it.

I use this as a temp. solution.

You have to exec a config.

Here is the one from pra2

Put it wherever you want it.  Our designers tended to put it in scripts that were running at level start anyway.  For example, this is from the into script for pra2.

set (  "SET_CONSOLE_COMMAND", "exec menus/level_starts/pra2.cfg" );

If I remember right I think there was a minor nuance with this in a script- after the SET you should have a wait of at least 1000 milliseconds.
