1. Take grenade
2. push prim attack
3. push sec attack (splint goes off)
4. i can hold it as long as i want (x...3 seconds)

or.

1. Take grenade
2. push prim
3. throw it and then it starts to count 3 seconds.

Why? Bechause i can hold nade always ready to throw... it needs skill to kill enemy with nade that will start "ticking" when i throw it away!

It needs skill to handle such grenade...

Ou and.. grenades should explode when 3 sec is over.. not like wait until it hits the ground...

hmm firegren.. yea..

Well.. flames could fall down and just "wont work" like nade burns out instantly!

but not if the time between detonation and the fire that falls down on the ground is less than 2..3 seconds!

So apox... whad to u say?

If this coding would be up to me.. i would do anything to make sof2 extreme hitt :p but only 1 prob.. i dont have skillz to do it :)

In real life u can hold the nade as long as u want...cuz if you take a look when u push fire on the nade all you are doing in the game is pulling out the pin...everyone that has used a nade knows that the pin is just holding the trigger in place. When u throw the trigger (the handel on the side of the nad for ppl who don't know what i mean) flys off, then and only then does the nade "count down".

So Raven should fix that, after u push fire u can hold it as long as u want. Other games with nades are like this...

No, maybe as an option but never as the only choice, I like having to time it, if you can't time it you have a hel1 of a time hitting people.

I think the timing is VERY important. If I couldn't "hold" a nade while the counter is ticking the nade wouldn't be so effective and I mabye wouldn't even use it anymore.

If a nade falls and it still has 3 secs before exploding then people just run away from it, and you'll never get them down.

exactly... I think the number of times I killed someone with a nade that I threw away right away can be counted on one hand.

my (crowd control) tactic is throw 2, one just behind the other, the force them back.

wow, HOW MANY KILLS?

although, the ones that dont usually tag me forcing the others back.

Couldn't you do both? I think AA:Recon got this just about perfect. You do primary or 2ndary with a nade, and then hold it for however long u want after pulling the pin. If you let go the button it just throws it then it times down and explodes. If, during holding it you press the other attack button, then you throw the handle/trigger and you are now holding a live grenade, and it times down in your hand.
