Dude: Sorry to hear life got in the way of your gaming… welcome to the real world. Too bad some of the massive posters on these boards don’t follow your lead, to a point. Giving up activities you enjoy is really not the best course of action! Devoting all ones time (or a healthy portion) to any one endeavor (gaming, posting) is kinda insane. It’s important to maintain a proper balance between school and outside activities, and keep a good perspective on what is most important to you. I work full-time and I’m enrolled in an MS in IT program at a local university here (part-time), and it gets a little hectic sometimes… but, believe me I still take the time I need to squeeze in all the extracurricular activities I enjoy. (One such activity is gaming)

I found the following “game” on my school’s website… It’s called the Daily Challenge, and is designed for new college students to show the importance of balancing academics with physical and mental wellness. Check it out and post how you scored… It can be a real eye-opener!
