I'm at school, and we have a LAN here, and we used to be able to play LAN games last year.  Now we have this problem where I can't see the games they start, and they can't see mine.  My friend and his friend played a couple nights ago, and said all they needed to do was setup their network wizard, but I did that and nothing worked.  Any help??

Here's what you can try, sounds like they're banning you tho lan gaming at school, lol, that would've been nice Start a dedicated server on a machine (its a school so you got lots right? ), then scroll up the dedicated server console until you find an IP address. Read every line, what you are looking for is something that says IP Address:

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

Where XXX can be any number between 0 and 255

Then, on the computers you want to play on, start a game of mp and type into the console

/connect XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

where obviously the XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the address you just got.
