After reading some posts a while back i downloaded the MP demo.
And iam totally amazed by how much people are raving about this game....I have all week been trying different setting  and have come to a conclusion,it doesnt matter how much you lower your specs for this game its still unplayable,when you come into a fire fight your frames must be 0.05 i know its only a Demo but i must of downloaded over 50 game demos in the last 2 years and none of them have been unplayable...I have a high end machine which eats up every game i play on max setting...and it isnt just me,alot of people in the severs are saying its hard to have a descent game,with the FPS and the enormous amount of team killing going on....Great idea,havent thought the game play out very well though!!

That game works fine for me... but I'm not too impressed with the game either... the physics just plain súck and when you get nearby an object you see that it's ugly. Maybe it's my GF4 MX 440 that causes it to be ugly though.  

Yeah the physics are awful....if your playing it again have a look at someone driving a jeep,an have a look down you will see the drivers legs coming out the bottom of the jeep and running like a "Flintstones" cart...i swear its one of the funniest moment i have seen in any game,its happened a few times and just makes me cry with laughter.....Even before 4:20

ok ok.....its a DEMO!.....jeez, give it a chance...they probly won't even release the thing for another 3 months...

my comp runs it REASONABLY well, at default settings.  1 thing i don't like tho, is how i can snipe some1 driving in a jeep from 100 yards, but when i get up close, i can't seem to hit a thing.  my gun will be right in some1's face, and they don't die.......*sigh*  

i think tk'ers aside, its a hello of a lot of fun runnin ppl over with ur jeep

I don't really like bf 1942 cuz I súck at it. Well that isn't the only reason but that really is one of the reasons. I hate being a noob in games so that's why it took me so long to go from SOF1 to SOF2.   So when SOF3 is out for about 3 months I might stop playing SOF2 instead.

The whole gamut of what you can do is great but the engine sux and especially the messaging system.
It needs a tune up...there is a patch for the demo coming.

in sof2 the mp test thing the grafics are far #### compair to the full game on my pc

This is the demo that was around way back at E3, so it is fairly old.  The game itself is due out mid-September too, so it's only a couple weeks way.  They were gonna release a patch for the demo, but with the full ver coming out shortly I don't know if they will or not.

and it runs fine on my box of crap.

The ideas in the game are interesting, however I de-installed the demo when I was rolling along in a tank and a jeep ran into me and blew us both up....

Yeah, that would happen.  

Nex time I'll check the bumper on the tank to make sure it doesn't say 'Pinto'.  LOL

That game is staying at the store for me, I wasn't wowed except for the different vehicles you could drive....other than that the aiming sucks, the terrain sucks, the people you play with suck, the physics for tossing grenades is hideous, and the graphics are so-so.  

Add to that an extremely annoying interface and insane waiting for respawn==money kept in my wallet for something better to come along.
