Any one else having this Problem  You shoot some in head with sniper rifle 3 to 4 time before you get the kill, and sometimes you can not kill them???  Im getting real tiered of the BS, SOF do something to fix this problem PLEASE i dont want to shelf game so soon.

Yes, I have this problem. It is the only negative thing I have found about this game. There are way too many WTF-BS moments...

Some people are always like WTF or BS when they get killed... when I get killed I usually deserved it for being reckless or not watching my back.

And he just stood there.....mmmm and i bet you called him a cheat,and came running here.I just hate that.....The last time i saw someone crying about this sort of thing on a server the guy had a ping of 800.....pfff you could walk round the bullets with that lag!
People are getting paranoid with this game,the only cheat ive seen is Deus and ive put some hours into this game....Also 99% of the time its there own  fault lag,aiming,wrong gun, and the good players get it in the neck from the #### players....weve all seen them the ones with the NV on a day map in a tower with a m60, a burst from your AK in his chest is followed by cries of "wtf hes using magic bullets and i emptied a clip into his face"

Anyway, i've never noticed the problem of which you speak, but then again, I almost never use the sniper rifle.  I haven't noticed that it usually takes people about 2 shot to kill me with it, almost never kill me with one.
Well, i'm going to blame your problem on lag... its always a good scapegoat.

I've had MANY WTF and BS moments, one in particular is when some one 'Supposedly' shot through the walls and killed me, Im running a cable modem and my ping is usually 50-100.

C-A its like you are saying no one cheats I'd say a huge percentage of players cheat now a days. I remember playing a month or two ago and you wouldnt see so many cheats. I mean its quite obvious when someone cheats and I too have seen it with the sniper rifle and I dont come here reporting it like some due but it you did notice he didnt give a name he just blew off some steem.real cheaters deny there is even such a thing as cheating. We all hope and pray for the new patch and hope it works or then WTF-BS like in CS... all day every day. I think the majority of cheaters range from 13yr olds to about 18 and then some sick old farts that have nothign better to do then suck.    

It's probably just because the sniper rifle is so shittily coded, I mean, you shoot...it recoils..then the bullet comes out and your shot has been jacked up in the air by about 10 feet.
