It looks like you're seeing the textures full scale in GTK, but they should be 1/8 scale (as they appear to be in the game).  Select one of those wall surfaces and open the surface properties ('S').  Does it show a scale of .125?  If it doesn't it should.  Can't imagine why Radiant isn't showing it the right way, though.

Well i figured it out .. hehe shoulda spent a bit more time trying things b4 i wasted ppl time reading this post.. oh well if anyone else need to know how to get the textures working right in the game heres how ya do it.. its quite simple actually(im asuming that u are using GTKRadiant 1.2.10, im using the one with sof2 support but i dont hink that iwll make a difference)

Goto file>Project settings > in the project settings window there is a misc options field at the bottom that says "use brush primitives in MAP file (NOTE:experimental feature, required by the texture tool plugin) click that make sure that the square beside that sentence is indented, that means its on.. !WARNING! before u do this back up your map file, not sure why, but the help file told me too in the help file .. so i suggest you do too and voila your textures should now appear in the game as they do in GTK

Ok i gotta nother question about textures/brushes

Im trying to texture my crate that i have created and im runiing in to a problem. When i apply a texture to the crate, it puts that texture on all sides of the crate.. now i wanna change the texture of just the 2 side faces how do i select a single face of my crate and apply a different texture to that one face.. i use to map for quake 2 and i remember this was possible in QOOLE , how do i go about doing this in GTkRadiant??

Ctrl+Shift+LMB = Select one face
Ctrl+Shift+Alt+ LMB = Select multiple faces
MMB = Grab texture
Shift+MMB = Apply current texture to face
Ctrl +MMB = Apply texture and coords to entire brush
