Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow will be featuring something termed ambient AI according to Yves Guillemot of UbiSoft in a recent article. "*Instead of in-game events, such as explosions, being entirely scripted, they could be delayed to ensure a player sees them or re-sited so they occur within a player's line of sight*." It's an exciting thing to consider that the game is watching the player and adjusting the gameplay accordingly.

Awesome. I am still waiting on the game that plays like the holodeck on Star Trek Next Gen. It's coming guys just not in our lifetime.
