if the company does go ahead and alow these drivers to be downloaded, games will then move to be inoprable with these drivers, which will make a lot of unhappy customers and a ruined company, and set an example to the rest.

or

it will kill online gamming as we know it  :s14:

asus's reputation was damage after they released their drivers like this, thye took the smart option thought

This is typically an example of a bureaucratic company, they don't know what the #### they'd do by releasing a driver like that. I'm sure none of these people making the drivers game online, so I bet they don't even have a clue how much damage cards like this would do to the gaming community.  :s15:

Actually no, it helped asus a lot. Even bad publicity is a good publicity.

At least there was a large positive reaction by online gamers. In a pessimistic world, everyone would have been happy because it would be easier

Its amazing to see, what people do to make money. They dont realise that they would hurt themselves most with this action. This could INDEED ruin the online gaming world, cause theres no bloody ####ing way to detect this ####. Well maybe there is..........

This is wierd. Drivers create Wallhacks?  Who determined this?  The petition doesn't cite the source of their claim.

Anyone have verification of this?
