Always 2 !!!! The fun of demolition is the gamble you have to take being in red team where to defend. If you choose the wrong spot (blue plants at other spot) you simply have to rush, and that is the fun. It is not camping only. I have played demolition on a small custom map once, with one bombspot. I can assure you that the bomb was hardly ever planted!
