Servers for Low pings only is crap, it discriminates against those who cant afford a good computer, or even a descent connection, but when u chew out pings like 250 thats bs.  Its not  that high to affect u so why not let us play, its our handicap not urs

I agree that it would suck if you were a high pinger, doing the best that you can to play with your connection...

BUT!!!  If your not playing on a Game Server that you are paying for, then you don't have much at stake in the game and the game play on that server.

Just the way it is.

when you start paying for the connections people use to host their servers on, then you can gripe about being locked out. It's their server and they have the right to do whatever they heck they want with it.

 The time you spend bitching about it here would be better spent finding servers that don't mind HPBs in the mix.

I wanted to go see MIB2 and pay 2 dollars. They told me to go to the "wino moviehouse" instead and watch MIB1 and Independence Day. Are they discriminating? No.
Same crap wiith servers. If you don't have the bandwidth necessary to enter a server, look for another one. It will be laggy, but at least you can play.

Servers for lp'ers I think are great. I'm a high pinger myself (high being the operative word, 300+ in combat). But as a high pinger I wouldnt venture into a lpb server only, for one of two reasons - 1. I'd get my ass kicked; 2. Its lpb only - and I aint one of them. We do slow it down for them, and we are bloody hard to hit.

In return I can only hope the lpbs show the same consideration towards the hpb only servers - and I can only hope it doesnt get like CS where lpbs would go into the hpb only servers for 'cheap' kills.

I see that rumors of death and an odor are only partly true.

high pings f*ck up everyone else and you should be kicked.  not banned though.  just leave happily and find a closer server.
