If it annoys you that much, why not run your own server? Then you can decide who can and can not play on it. On your server, you can set the rules. Like Andrax (I think) said, until you pony up the dough for MY server, you can kiss my ass. People get servers so they can have it THEIR way, NOT your way. Don't confuse privately owned servers for your democratic government. We don't take polls and votes because you don't pay taxes there. Send me a check, and I'll send you a ballot. Until then, cram it. Just because you blew 50 bones doesn't mean we have to sacrifice our servers to make you happy. People like our servers because we run them well, and part of running a good server is keeping warping objects like you off them. There are plenty of servers without restrictions, so go find them and quit whining. We don't owe you jack frooken squat, and your 50 bucks is completely meaningless to the people who spend their hard earned money on good servers. You don't fit into that equation. sorry.

That sounds like an idea I might have expressed, perhaps a bit more blunt/colorfull tone, but thats the jist of it.
