me and a coupple of friends were getting some ideas on a new mod (like ics)was just wondering if any one knows. 1. how they set it up so that it only reads the ics pk3 files when u use the ics icon eventhough they are in the base folder. 2. how thay set it up so when you search for servers it only brings up ics servers. i would really appreciate any reply as we are looking forward to having a good go at this but it all seems pointless if we cant do the above. thx in advance

I believe part of the answer is" inf.gametype " if the mod is based on inf, the file basicly a text file will allow for it to show up in game types when a player has the mod. I will look for an example for you soon.
