Some additional SMG's on par with the MP5 (I like variety). An original (non-CS) new game type. Perhaps the addition of classes ala RTCW.

tons of well balanced maps, incredibly cool new weapons

new gametypes... (non CS based)

and maybe even a addition to drive vihicles... althoug it would suck... I think..

multiplayer co op (seprate missions from single player)

I would like more jungle levels and the ability to lay on the ground,so that u can snipe properly

The only thing i would like is some sort of patch to stop cheating...theres rumours flying about at the moment of people cheating,theres nothing worse than coming up against a cheat,the first time that i come across someone blaintly cheating im binning this.
Such a shame, with all the money spent on making a game like this it looks like its going down the CS road and getting hacked to bits  

its ganna happen with every game, ####ers are ganna try and cheat, nothing you can do    but i think this game needs some more guns, like some medium range high powered guns, and i think i like a buy menu more then this just pic your guns.  cause you get rewarded for kills

It'd be cool to have some kind of SOF Tournament, just like there's an Unreal Tournament. One that's just made for online playing so that all the energy of working on the game goes into balancing the gameplay instead of spending that valuable time on thinking up a story. And then the earlier mentioned weapon buying system would be cool too, so that everyone would be able to buy his own customized closet full of weapons. The only thing that sux with that is that probably people would start hacking again so that they have unlimited of everything. Another cool idea would be that the different skins would have different types of properties. For example making a ninja quick and making that they are able to jump higher, but giving them weak armor, and also for example a marine who has more armor but is slower and can carry more weapons at the same time. Or some player customization tool so that people can build their own players giving a certain amount of credits to each ability from a limited amount of credits.

As for a gametype, I'd like to see a "hold the checkpoint" type thing. Similar to what Team Fortress Classic had.

I'd like to see a "Rollerball" mod. Even w/o skates and bikes.
Just 2 teams controlling a ball trying to take it to the goal and score.
