I dunno if this has been done bfr.. but i would love to see ppl post memorable moments from the various games that they have played over time.. and share it on this forum..

mine was when i played The Longest Journey.. everything seemed to be well put and the storyline was simply awesome.. no memorable moments in the literal sense of the word(s) but the whole game was memorable.. and i havent played anything like it ever..

second best in the adventure category was Grim Fandango.. the game was simply awesome and the puzzles were well done.. and it all added together to make a superb game.. if u havent played these two games already.. then u better should by now..

also.. loved playing wolf 3d the first fps i ever played and it was simply amazing.. at that time ofcourse.. plus when that big man came out at the end of level 9 i guess.. i had goose bumps.. lol i was only 10 at that time.. i guess..

then in quake when i first saw the graphics i was overwhelmed coz i had seen nothing like it bfr.. it was plain awesome.. after seeing hexen, heretic, wolf 3d and doom.. quake was something refreshing..

lastly.. (i will post more later).. in undying it was quite terrifying when an enemy crawled from behind and started slashing through ur throat.. the game caused such a nightmare when i used to play late at night with lights turned off and my headphone volume at full..

so these are some of the gr8 moments that games have provided me with.. do post anything that u remember off a game..

Guybrush Threepwood finding out that Lechuck is his brother. Ah yes, those memories

Finding out Half Life's G-Man wasn't human.

yeah i remember that.. guybrush and lechuck bros.. lol.. haha.. those were the games in which i smiled laughed.. and then smiled a lot..

Ninja Gaiden, when the dad was still alive

That moment in Unreal when you're introduced to the Skaarj.
You reach the end of that hallway and push the buttons. You feel pretty good about yourself, since you just accomplished something. You turn around and start on your way back, turn the corner and you hear it:
Click, click, click. The lights are turning off one by one. Suddenly, you're in total darkness. Blindly, you toss a flare to help you find your way and keep walking until you find your way blocked by a beam that was not there before. Then, a panel on the wall opens to reveal the Skaarj. It comes at you shooting energy balls and doing cartwheels to avoid your fire, getting closer by the second. You keep firing madly until it's dead, close enough to get a good look at those wrist blades, imagining them cutting through you.
Then, the lights are back on, the beam goes back in the wall, and you pause the game and get a clean pair of pants.

blowing the head of that iraqi woman with the desert eagle in sof1 because she trapped me in the alley i think it was a bug with the collision in the game but it solved the problem

Dungeon Keeper 2: I made a Salamander Only Dungeon in the my pet dungeon mode, I remember having a HUGE casino, a large living area, a training room, and a prison to toss the Hero's in to make skeletons, which I used to train my Salamanders in the battle pit. The funny thing is that they went on a rampage when I *accidently* Bitchslapped all of them repeatedly.

Tribes 2: Suiciding my shrike into a turret after screaming out "I'M COMIN' HOME MA!!!"

Creatures 3: (it's a virtual life game, really good)
Bitchslapping a norn to death and starting a torture academy

Black n White: Torturing my cow with superheated boulders. *sizzle* *burn* MROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Also forcing her to eat other cows.
Also Bitchslapping my monkey around, and chasing him around with a burning villager

Sof2: Shooting a gun out of a terrorist's hand and chasing them around with a knife.
Also Racking up 21 Knife kills in MP

Monkey Island 2:Telling the midget in the torture chamber "I love you" then spitting on him when he said something along the lines of "Get the #### away from me!"

CS: not buying it

Diablo 2: this one is as funny as ####, explaining to my party that My level 34 Paladin didn't invest in auras.

Deus Ex: trying to beat up a security bot with my girly-man baton

another one of my memorable moments..

i was playing UT and was trying to sniper the bots.. i was concentrating to the max.. when my bro (intentionally) snuck up on me and i jumped off the seat and wham.. hehe.. his nose started bleeding.. haha.. that was quite memorable..

what else.. hmm.. metal gear solid was quite memorable.. it felt like watching a movie to me..

A midget in a torture chamber? Telling him I love you? What the #### you are talking about? You mean Wally hanging on the wall? This doesnt sound like Monkey Island 2. Sounds like a SM porn movie. OY Vey.........
