I probably missed it in the patch description, but how do we turn off the RMG fog and also turn off the use of NV and TV goggles now that 1.01 is out?

you still cant do either. read the readme with the patch. neither was mentioned.

Give it time. I'm sure this is not the final update to SoF2. Apoxol has stated that they're working on an improved ban system...and that the one in the patch is just a fix for a current issue.
