here are some tweaks that will help you gain more fps

first of all open the SOF2 Multiplayer configuration file

(C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\base\mp\sof2mp.cfg)

open this configuration file in wordpad

cg_noProjectileTrail ("1" is defult)  Setting this to 0 will disable things like rocket smoke, which can cause a massive drop of framerate

com_hunkMegs ("45" is defult) This setting determines how much memory is allocated to soldier of fortune 2 when loading levels, weapons etc etc. Increasing this value will make sof2 use more of your memory

r_dynamiclight ("1" is defult) Taking this off will take of dynamic lighting efects, this is preety self-explanitory

I apologize for not having more tweaks at the moment but i will be adding more in the near future when i have done some tests

Well, considering your hunkmegs setting does absolutely nothing to increase your performance and doesn't need to be increased unless for some strange reason you were running out of memory (in which case you'd definately know), I don't see it being sticky worthy.
The other 2 are noteworthy but also pretty self explanatory.
Those settings are in the browser.
