As the topic said, the patch didnt resolve this issue.
Start the first level, kill off the 3 guys in yellow coats,  go to get out of the ally way, BAM crashes.

So I still have a unplayable game. (RMG and MP works 100% at least still)

I even tried a full reformat and installed SoF2 first thing, alas, its still there.

Still wanna say its my computers fault? Give me some money that stores wont give back now then you can say its my fault all you want.

Temps right after crash (in bios i checked for the quickest reading) was @ 55c, which is easily into the safe zone.
Gf3 is not oc'ed, even tho it wouldnt matter.
CPU is not oc'ed.
#### its the only game/app on my computer besides ones needed for driver updates.
