I extracted collmaps from the pak5, is that all I need to do? Because when I try and add a misc model all I get is a red box. oh yeah, they are in .map format if I remember right.

Ok there seems to be some confusion about how to use models in CoD Radiant. Now i've been speaking to Scorpiomidget about this and heres what we have come up with so far. Note: We are also working on getting the models listed when you right click so stay tuned.

Firstly using a program like winzip, you need to extract pak0.pk3 into a folder. This contains a folder - XModel, which contains all the models.

In CoD Radiant create a misc_model (Right click ->misc -> model). Then hit N, and select the model button (bottom right) in the entity inspector. Browse to the XModel folder that you've just extracted. Select a model and open it. Then where it says value, delete all the path until it has xmodel\*modelname*. Hit return and voila. Your model should appear in CoD Radiant.

Its a little complicated i know, and as i say Scorps working on something to make life easier, but this should help just now

Try and open the console while loading your map. Maybe you will see an error message pop up while it is loading.
