I have a g4 mx 440 and I average 80 - 115 fps.

I never said that that it would. Let me clarify because you obviously misunderstood.

I said that if he didn't fix the refresh rates in XP or 2000 for gaming, they will be stuck at 60HZ regardless of desktop settings. With VSYNC on he will be stuck at 60FPS.
