I have 2 problems - 1st I can't seem to crawl through the ducting. No way, no how will Mullins move through this. It is as though I am too large. Okay, so I got fed up and cheated and used noclip to get through the duct and drop to the lab 4 below. Where the heck is everyone? No guards, no scientist.... My game is stuck. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Did you use Duck or Prone ? Setting Noclip would avoid script triggers, very good chance for no people

You are crawling not crouching are'nt you?. press the use key while crouching makes JM crawl for me, rather than binding a specific key for crawl .....
