I'll take SOF2 over CS anyday.The second CS went retail it was runed.Never liked it much after that.I see SOF2 as a more modern day CS.

Both are online games.  No game is worse than any other game, they are just good in different ways.  Personally, I prefer SoF2 but that is my opinion. What I say or anyone else should say isn't wrong or bad as it is just their opinion.

SOF2 is WAY better!!!!  It has way better graphics, sounds, movement, weapons, physics, hmmmmm is there anything else.  I am sure SOF2 will continue to get better too and distance itself more from CS.

it most definatly has better graphics and better sounds and whatnot.  but whether or not its fun is subjective, personally i find them to be equally fun.
