Yeah (sorry Spike), gladly: SOF2 is the best FPS out to date, period. The only way CS can come close to competing is if the sequel's got better graphics and gameplay.

Only time will tell, though... and personally, I'm playing SOF2 until the SOF3 demo's released.

Aw shucks... I had a couple of good lines left.

At any rate,  I think after all the posts on the subject it pretty much got down to Slap and I in the tar pit.

The word was out on day one about the system demands to run SOF2 single player.  That pretty much sealed the fate about winning the bulk of CS players over to SOF2.

With newer graphics cards on the way, SOF2 will increase players (because, after all, it is a great game).  But with the economy as it is, don't look for sales of faster computers for a while.  So, Counter-strike will be top realistic shooter or a while (and it will have nothing to do with the quality of the game-play).

and CS  and unreal and UNREAL 2003 and  heck  quake 3  duke 3d  and a ton of other FPS games ...  each game has it's  different  gameplay   as well as fun factors ..
