Thanks.  They SHOULD start going away in August, when my fiance moves in and starts paying half the rent and utilities.  Of course, "The best laid plans of mice and men..." and all that...  

whats wrong with getting dialup till you get your cable back cuz thats what i'm doing (...waiting for dsl to be avalible.....)
you may not be able to play but you'll be able to use web and down load and stuff just not as good as before.

Nice thought, but I don't have a landline phone, 'cause everyone important just calls my cell phone, so the only people who called my landline were telemarketers, so why spend the money?

So, knowing that:

Cable internet ---> $50/mo.

Telephone line ---> $35/mo.
Dial-up internet --> $20/mo.

Make sense to you?
