i have noticed that bad guys are scripted to fall of balconies, which is fine but causes wierd problems, firstly they slide to the railing if too far away so they can fall off, and secondly when they fall they dont hit the floor, but disappear through it

is this being addressed in the patch because while not a massive problem, it is very glaring and makes me shudder whenever i see it

It's not scripted, it just happens if the conditions are right.   The disappearing does not always happen, only sometimes.  But thanks for reporting it.
