I hope you're just kidding. I keep seeing this idiotic nonsense about being drafted if you sign up for America's Army. News Alert: There is no fugging draft. No one can be drafted into the armed forces without a change in legislation, and even if that were to occur, you have a Social Security number. That's what's used to track people, not some stupid sign-up form on a website. Besides, you are required by law to register as available for service when you turn 18 anyway. Unless you failed to register and have been consciously covering your tracks ever since, you're already had.

well it is free, and probably going to be one of the best games of the summer or year, so I highly suggest checking it out.
