find the file on the cd in windows and make a note of it

then in dos type
d:
to get to ur cd drive (assuming its d)
then
cd foldername
.. and keep doing that to change to the correct folder, the folder names should be ok, but u can check with
dir
ones with a lenth greater than 8 will be reduced

then  u get to the folder do
copy filename.pk3 c:

then once its copied restart to get in to windows then move the pk3 file in the root of c to the correct dir, that will save some typing

I just copied it in DOS

no, the demo ony had a limited number of skins
