ok why is this game getting such good ratings???ill be the first to admitt the mp is ok but the single player lacks in every sense of the word.ummmm i heard the word realistic mentioned with this game and i have still anything realistic yet to see of it.first off the graphics are average by todays standards and why does a mission tell you to use stealth when with exception of the train level stealth doesnt work??and whats with enemies coming up out of knowwhere and the endless groups of enemies seems like 4-5 in every single room you go in.ive gotten through about 3/4 of this game hoping it would get better and it didnt so then now my game crashed and i will never put this peice of garbage on my computer again sof 1 was much better this one was a huge dissapointment.anyone who hasnt bought this game yet and plans to your money would be much better spent else where.you would be much better off with dues x or dues x 2 which is coming out soon i believe.but i guess if you dont mind the frustration of endless enemies that can hear ur every footstep from places where they shouldnt beable to and you like the blood and guts then you might want to look into it,but having been a gamer for over 20 years this game was a waste of my time owell hopefully sof 3 will be better i will make sure i read alot of reviews about the next one before i go and get it.just nothing revolutionary about this game it plays like 100 other shooters i rate this game a 5/10 has some qualitys but not enough to name:(

I found Deus Ex to be boring - so much so I never finished it.

On the other hand I loved the SP in SoF2.  Nothing revolutionary, but entertaining in a mind-numbing sort of way.

Heh, if you think this game is overrated, see the ratings of RTCW. That's an overrated game!
Deus Ex is a good game, but I prefer SOF2.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion... BUT... I don't understand the people who say the graphics are "average."  I guess they either don't have a system that can take advantage of all of the options or they choose not to use them.  The game is beautiful... if your computer can handle it.  The game may not be entirely original, but it's definitely fun.

the graphics in sof 2 is a quake 3 engine therefore it is a dated graphics engine and i can play the game at the highest resolution and the games visuals do not impress me look at games like ghost recon and morrowind then tell me how good sof 2 graphics are there ok but there average.no not everyone is going to like every game but this game had alot of potential and killing room after room filled with enemies gets old.and as far as you saying RTCW is overated yes your right there were certain things in that game that were out of place like you think your playing a war game then all of a sudden your killing zombies but its still better then sof 2.heck if sof 2 wasnt so linear it would have even have been better but theres only one straight forward way to do something on there and i like a game where you have options like red faction you can either find a key to get in a building or blow ur way into it.

oh, and have you ever heard of serious sam? it is THE FPS, pure essence of first person shooter, it is linear, straitforward, kickass action. Now tell me you didn't like that with a straight face. Sometimes plot and non-linearity are just boring

somehow, all the bad comments of this game comes from people with warez versions.

You buy good games, not bad games, so Im 90% sure this guy downloaded this game, coz he should have tried the demo before, and if he did try the demo then he would know if it was good or bad. And if it was bad, why buy the game?

but he didnt buy the game, so it's easier for him to complain when he didnt loose €50.
