It is nice to see you jumping in to make a couple of attempts at helping others in this forum ( even if your suggestions are no more than banal repeats of what has been offered by others weeks ago... or in the game readme file).  But that's okay... at least you are doing more than you were before, which was boost your site like a "sailor wanna' hump, hump bar."

And once again, you can try to re-define all the issues or toss out hapless challenges but it changes nothing.  You were never a real involved person in this forum.... or any of the previous ones.   I have followed the Raven forums since SOF.  I joined (the one that closed) before SOF2 was released.  We chatted about the game and the reviews.  When the demo hit, we chatted about that.   When the hardware problems hit, we all tried to help each other.  You have never been party to any of that.  People have had serious issues.... you claim to be a techie expert.... where have you been.  Answer?   Easy:  solving people's problems is not your concern.  Writing a fluff piece and posting a link to it was your total interest.

So, now you show up and make a couple of feeble "I'm-here-to-help" posts like a politician at a crash site.  You should be ashamed.  But of course you are not.  You think you are winning the thread war and bumping your page.  That is why I called you dull.

It is Raven's forum after all.  At least you are not doing any harm.  Anybody checking your link and your posts can smell the odor of self-promotion.

Tech expert? Haven't claimed that anywhere, but that's always appreciated, I said before I lurked, I didn't get the game til recently, no point talking about something I don't have.

Winning thread argument? Well lets see, you whine about the guide, eventually you post your "errors" which are nothing more than subjective opinions, not actually informational errors whatesoever. You say you've done better yet not once have you actually said anything in response to show your "better" information. In fact you totally ignore this the whole way along, so yeah, seems pretty obvious who "won", you've made you points, I've refuted them (subjective "errors" & ads which have nothing to do with the guide nor do I put them there as its not my site), I've made my points in response about your own claims, you however ignored them.
Should be pretty obvious to anyone who's "winning".

I was trying to avoid doing this but here goes:  We got an install manual with the game!!!  Get It!!   It is concise and uses the same simple generalities you do (but at least it is concise).  Why would I write another install manual... get it!  Why would I want to make the same "self promoting" mistake you did.   I do not have a site to promote; besides, I have more class than that.  So, you reword the manual... add a couple of low-level techie comments with screenshots(that any one year gamer could do) and you post a link to it in a forum where you are a N00b.   The only challenge that should have been addressed is mine to you:  Help people with real problems (the problems they get after reading the install manual)...  I am sure it's because you can't!  I called you out because of your audacity!  N00b + install information + a forum where people have already read the manual and are looking for more indepth help.  What about this don't you understand?

Again, you fail to reply to what I said. Your replys are all plain ignorant in this thread & now you admit you can't write such a guide. I applaud you, finally you admit to your failings.
Now, again, if you want to continue just post a reply to ANOTHER forum instead of trying to bring this one down with your own incompetence.

You are sufficiently exposed!  You haven't read or cannot understand the threads dealing with the pentium problems.  I have directed you to specific individuals to help... you can't.  If you would have read and understood my posts concerning pentiums (Raven conceded defeat thread), then we could have had a discussion having some merit.   You can't... so, we can't.  I directed you to KeshTath as a person who has slow fps (as do others) and need help.  If you have anything to offer,  help them.  You can't.  All you can do is dribble back here to lamely defend your pop-in-der' cd site.

There are games to play and people to help.  There comes a time when it is impossible to deal with someone having a limited capacity...  that person is you.  It has been a thin slice of heaven;  however, I am now tired of dealing with you.  Post what you want.....My portion of this thread is closed.
