I'm sorry but, as you can even see there, there is per-pixel hit detection.  End of story.

well this game still sucks balls I have since deleted it and burned it in a sacrifice to the packet loss gods
heres whats wrong with this piece o crap game
#1 _ guns suck most dont work have poor balance or just make no differance  
#2 hit detection on 90% of the multiplyer servers is horrible per pixel per poly whatever it sucks ass.
#3map entities for mutiplyer map making suck.
#4 Cheats are rampant on all servers
#5 game sucks ass
sorry but i have played free downloads that have better online gameplay then this sorry mess why bother having a loadout config when 90% of it is useless just travel light take a hand gun with a few extra clips and go why bother with any other combo it makes no differance I cant help but feel like im cheating when I just run around with a handgun blasting people with assault riffels and armor and NV
basicaly the game sucks :s31:

People that cant hold their own against other people online are usually quick to blame the game for being "Crap" since they dont kick as much ass as they think they should.

Its ok to suck all on your own.  You dont need to blame software for it.

decided to come back and say the game is 100% awesome with the real damage on

I have all but left every other q3 realisms mod to play this game its now up to the standard that SOF should be.

I will ask on another thread as well but does anybody know of the filter setting to get real damage only server showing

It's not per pixel but there's something like 200 different damage zones or whatever...phhtt...who cares anyway?

apparently apoxol was the first to introduce per pixel detection, in urban terror. since he did the programming for sof2mp i guess its in sof2mp aswell
