Start -> Run -> msinfo32 On WinXP is on system summary On Win98 expand components click on system and scroll down to system board

Did it already. What I am really having trouble with is finding the upgrade to my chipset. I have an Award Modular BIOS Version 6.00PG. The type is i845, and the ID is 6A69VD49C-00. If you can tell me where I might find it that would be a great help...

Looking here 6.00G appears to be the most recent Bios for XP You could check intel incase they have anything

But if my system is completely updated, and it looks like it is, then is there another way I can get my AGP memory to no longer be zero?

Only thing I can think of is to check that the memory setting is right for your AGP card in the Bios.
