How would u do that and also this guy told me to turn my fire for xp off becasue xp runs a default firewall is that true?

how u do it depends on ur router check the manual it will be under port forwarding, default port is 20100 [udp] assuming u havent changed it. yes xp has its own firewall that is on by default, u can disable this in the network properties for ur connection.

I found the newtowk thing in control panel and i saw my connection but i see nothing that says disable firewall

Whenever I try to make a server, it always says "sending heartbeat to master.sof2.ravensoft.com", but never connects or does anything after that. What's wrong?

i just d/led sof2 runner and tried to make a server that way, but it says Checking version... and stops there now...ARGH this is annoying!!!
