Either sof2 doesnt like you or the texture path is wrong.

Try checking the texture path.

I confirm about the dot and comma thing... I had the same error and changing from ',' to '.' just makes the files convert nicely...

erm, what about adding new models or characters and replacing em with ones already in game, just tell me i can use the skeleton from JKII and the hierchy is the same. I just need to kno if u have to weight all the body parts down seperatly to get the gore affects, and cut up the mesh for the detailed effect

New error added:

-IN CARCASS:
"Error: Bone "lthumbe" (LOD 0) is referenced by surface "Box01"
... however, this bone does not exist in all anims. It was present up until:
  "e:/games/sof2/base/models/weapons/lhand/m16reload.xsi"
... so it will only have identity matrices in that sequence. This is bad."

Well, you heard the compiler. This is bad. The model will compile with this error however. Only the end results will not be what you wanted it to be. The bone will not follow its parent. It will stay at the same spot during the entire animation.

Solution: I checked the lthumbe bone and discovered that it had a meshsmooth. I deleted the meshsmooth modifier and the hand compiled without errors.

Check your bone that is giving you errors, make sure the only modifier in the stack is "bone"
