Hi people of Raven Software, there are some things I want for Xmas (preferably sooner) to improve the game. Many of them are taken from other threads so I think I'm not the only one who want these things done. I know most of them will never see the light, but here they are for next time you make another game in SOF series. In order of importance these are:

- Fix all notorious bugs.

- In single player mode, tone down the lost of accuracy due to recoil to the same level as the enemies, or raise their lost of accuracy. Whatever that don't make you feel that Mullins is a newbie at guns compared to the enemies, the feel that made many people hate the single player mode cause the inaccuracy by recoil is ridiculous, even when standing still, and enemies have not much problem with this; it's very frustrating have to shoot an enemy with single fire while he can kill you with full auto. In MP inaccuracy works great though, cause is something that EVERYBODY SHARES (not like in SP) and makes weapons balanced.

- Fix the "x-ray" sight of the enemies, many people hate when they can see you and you can't see them. This will make stealth really useful, not like now.

- Do something to control the number of snipers in medium and large RMG maps; here are some ideas.

- In SP and MP, make pistol shooting like a rifle do when in Single firing mode; every click is a shot, and when you click repeteadly, you shoot repeteadly. Many games have this kind of pistol shooting because it's more practical and real.

- Fix the blood pool: it's perfectly oval, it's totally horizontal (parts of it finish in the air at uneven terrains) and it comes from the ground, not the dead body.

- SOF1 features: smooth 'idle' animations of the weapons, that also can be done at will (apart from random), bloody knife and longer duration corpses.

- Fix the dog animations.

- Make an option for "reminding" the last zoom of the sniper and oicw. Zoom manually to your favorite 'scale' every time you use the scope of these weapons is not good for some.

- Make an option to use the mousewheel to change weapons (like now), and when using the scope of the sniper or oicw, the mousewheel controls zoom.

- Make a server-side option where you can control the amount of gore present in a MP game; the actual setting is great to play in the internet, but I don't think there will be too much lag when playing with 'single player' gore in a LAN.

- I know the Coop gamemode is hard to do in single player story mode, but it would be great if you do RMG Coop.

Anyway, thanks Raven Software for giving us a great multiplayer blast!

If you want to make the crosshair invisible when using the laser in the SOCOM, please make the laser visible  :p

How about making *any* gun more powerful than a knife in MP.  Using a knife should be a last result weapon because of the vulnerability when going up against a pistol, etc.  Some servers are turning in to slash fests instead of firefights due to two slash/throw kills.

                      I don`t mind the enemy accuracy, it definately sux tho that they can telepathically know where you are and see thru jungle grass, walls etc, needs some tweaking for sure.

               Definately. There should be 1 or 2 sniper rifles that can be picked/used per side. This is called [balancing] ;0)

                       well, it should be every click is a shot. Sounds like nefarious balancing here to me.

            I don`t mind how blood is done, its not something I dwell on, but when I do see it it looks fine.

                          Animations alround could use some tweaking still. There is no reason why in multi SOF 2s character animations cannot look as smooth and as lifelike as Flashpoints.  Fix the skating, its still there. The lean animations still look corny, not smooth or lifelike.

                  Not a priority, but these could be fixed. lol I love the dogs in the RMG sp missions, they rock. But don`t let the dogs start to bark until they are almost right up to you. They telegraph their presence to quick. lol

 again, bad balancing. If you make a setting, it should remain until you change it yourself. The idea is not to fight the game, but to play it.

                            I use MW for switching, pgeup,pgedn for zooming in and out. So I don`t mind how this is done so far.

                          Does setting the amount of gore I see cause lag? I don`t think so. I wanna see max gore in multi on my end.

                            I would rather have had the RMG co op than the whole SP game end. hehhehheh Sorry, gotta be honest. An onrails mouse to cheese tailored sp game experience will never beat being able to co op against the A.I. in an RMG map setting.

I got one.
Dump the AI code completely and scalp the AI code from JK2.
Why didn't they do this in the 1st place?
Kills me we can't have more the 4 AI on screen at a time due to the nefarious "the AI eating my CPU" bug.
I'm talking about SP naturally.
I remember upwards of 10 AI on screen in Jedi, how did SOF2 get it so wrong.  What's the deal?

alone with that, fixing the enemies deff bastard syndrome wich makes them almost compleately unaware of the sound of anything but gunfire would balance this out nicely.
