Since SOFII uses (or attempts to - depending on your viewpoint) both action and stealth, just wondered what you guys prefer in a game?  I've not put a 'both' option because I just wanted to see which one is preffered.  I personally like how SOFII uses both, but I'm normally a 'guns blazing' man myself  :)

Well, I'm on Kamkatcha (sp?), and guns blazing doesn't work.  They pick you off past the fog and blizzard.  I've been trying stealth, but they also have eyes like an eagle.

I perfer stealth, when it works.

Me too. Seaward Star and Vergara's Mansion are good stealth levels, but some areas simply dont let you use stealth. Like in Kamchatka, in the first level the alarm goes off when you get near the road no matter what. I think stealth would be easier if they gave us a silencer for the M4 (It even talks about being able to add a silencer when you read the info in the loadout screen).

LOL, even with the silencer, it does nothing.  When I started that level, I popped the guy with my silenced Socom, and the alarm went off.  Next time, I wacked him upside the head, and all was well.

That's nothing. In the mansion, I let the maid walk in front of the 1st guard before I SOCOM'd her head.  She dropped dead and the guard just stood there.
Stealth is totally broken.  Therefore I'm not voting as the point is mute.

Yeah, enemies come at you pretty much as soon as you throw a fart in their general direction! :s17:

Less Taco Bell or Del Taco and more Souper Salad helps with the flatulance.

I would like to vote here but I don't see an option for both.  Stealthing and Ramboing both have their place, and are both fun.  If I do either for too long I get bored, and have to switch it up.  Plus, it throws off your enemies if you switch back and forth between the two tactics.
