Thanks!!!  Is there any performance advantage to using this over the config line that manually sets it (I can't remember the exact command though)?

There is no real "performance advantage" using a refresh rate fix utility. It will not boost your FPS unless you have VSYNC turned on and you are not using the utility, then you'll be limited to 60FPS. Because your monitor will then running at a default 60HZ.

The utility allows the use of the max refresh rate your monitor can handle at a given resolution. Then (with VSYNC on) you'll still be limited to 75, 85, 100 or 120 FPS (depending on your monitor's max refresh rate).

The only way to see the higher framerates is to disable VSYNC
(and put up with image tearing) and set the max framerate to whatever your machine can handle.
