Well things where going great for me until i hit the mansion level
when i got upstairs in the garage and the house my mouse and keyboard started  acting like i am on ice wont turn delayed responce time makes if tough to kill the bad guys when you cant turn so i turned off mouse filter and emalulation tryed to change to direct input but the game locks up maybe because im using  usb mouse
mouse filter and emalulation helped some but its still there also i have  noticed lots
of other little problems this game just seems rushed not the
polished game sof 1 was thats for sure

Download your latest mouse drivers and install them for the optical mouse.

Then, delete your config file in your base directory and re-initialize the game.

Mouse settings will return to default after re-detection and you can tweak them from there.
