We still haven't seen that error anywhere else nor do we have any great ideas on how to fix it. Have you tried installing the game on a different computer? Maybe it's the CD...do you know anyone else with the game so you could re-install on your machine with their CD?

I already tried installing from another comp. Anyways, I think it has something do do with my memory. Cuz when I fire up JK2 MP it has the same problem with loading big maps like ctf_nsstreets or ctf_bespin. If I just fired up the pc, they work fine, but after half an hour or so, I can't load them anymore. Also, these problems started to happen after I switched from a Pentium III 800 to a AMD Athlon XP 1800+

Have you got any other sticks of RAM to swap out?. if you have more than one try one at a time...
