Forgive me, but I am new to all this script stuff.

I followed the directions on the above posts but when i open the folder the files have to be opened with something....what do I open them with?

Sorry if I'm such a n00b, lol  
I would really like to bind the scroll to zoom the scope but I don't want to give up the scrolling ability to go through the weapons.

Please help if can.

Props to Nologic for the utscript mwheelgear.cfg, I would have given you full credit, but I forgot who/where I got them from.

ST, you don't have to open anything just create a text file with notepad in the proper directory, if you create a text file called "autoexec.cfg" in your mutiplayer directory, SOF2 will run with any keybinds/scripts you add to it.

If you want to, you can open mp.pk3 file with winzip/winrar and view some of the devs .cfg files.  Just don't go trying to add any files to those .pk3 files, might run into trouble if you do.

OK, I figured how to get in and edit by way of help from Nologic's link, but........is it possible for the mouse wheel to control Both " zoom in and zoom out" as well as "next weapon" when yer not in the scope mode? and so on...

thanks for the scripts guys..

also, add these lines to disable fog completely in the game..(even in the RMG missions, so they run smoother and look better) and to shoot while in the prone position (only works with M4):

setrandom sv_cheats 1
r_drawfog 0
set g_pronefire 1
